Refund & Return Policy

Important Notice

Due to the digital nature of our products (game codes, gift cards, and digital subscriptions), all sales are final once the product code has been revealed or delivered. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

ReloadX specializes in digital products that are delivered instantly. Because of the nature of digital goods, we have a strict refund policy to prevent fraud and abuse.

2. When Refunds Are Available

We will issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Defective Product: The code or key provided is invalid, already used, or does not work
  • Wrong Product: You received a different product than what you ordered
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same item multiple times
  • Technical Error: A system error caused you to be charged but no product was delivered

3. When Refunds Are NOT Available

We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after the code was revealed
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake (unless the code was not revealed)
  • You experienced buyer's remorse
  • You found the product cheaper elsewhere after purchase
  • The code has already been redeemed or activated
  • You violated platform terms (e.g., regional restrictions)

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email support@reloadx.co within 48 hours of purchase
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product name, and reason for refund
  3. Evidence: Provide screenshots or proof if the code is defective
  4. Verification: Our team will verify your claim (usually within 1-2 business days)
  5. Resolution: If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method

5. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Bank/Card Refund: 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)
  • Store Credit: Instant (if you choose this option)

6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:

  • Request a refund (if eligible)
  • Place a new order for the correct product
  • Alternatively, receive store credit to purchase the correct item

7. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or invalid code:

  • Contact us immediately with proof (screenshot of error)
  • Do not attempt to use the code multiple times
  • We will verify with our supplier
  • You will receive either a replacement code or full refund

8. Chargebacks

⚠️ Important: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

Chargebacks without prior contact may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension
  • Blacklisting from future purchases
  • Legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly if you contact us first.

9. Regional Restrictions

Some products have regional restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure the product works in your region before purchase. We clearly indicate regional restrictions on product pages where applicable.

Note: Refunds due to regional restrictions are only available if the restriction was not clearly stated on the product page.

10. Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we detect:

  • Pattern of abuse or excessive refund requests
  • False claims about defective products
  • Attempts to use and then refund products
  • Stolen payment methods

11. Store Credit Option

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to refunds:

  • Store credit is issued instantly
  • Can be used for any product on ReloadX
  • Never expires
  • Cannot be converted back to cash
